Why are some 7KCAB Citabrias harder spin than others?
My previous 7KCAB was very easy to spin. I haven't been able to spin my new 7KCAB. It just mushes around about like a Cesna 152 would do.

Check elevator rgging and CG.
Is the aircraft rigged to the spec in the service manual? Check your control travels
to make sure that you have proper travels.
