What covering process was used on 1999 7GCBC's

We have some Cordwise and one span wise tapes coming undone slightly. Looks like paint cracked along edge of tape. Now what? It is only in two areas on each upper surface of the wing, both left hand and right hand, two ribs or so inboard of wingtips. Any tips on resealing? This is a new airplane to us and before I put it into service I want to fix this.
