Just bought a 67 GCAA Citabria that flipped ski landing in the winter, and the wings need repairing/replacing. I would love to add wing flaps to open up more landing areas in Alaska to gold hunt. Is it possible to put GCBC wings on a GCAA? Would think the extra foot of wing might lower the stall speed too.
It's our first airplane...I know little about the maintenance side of planes, but I'm splitting the plane with a good friend who was a helicopter A&P for years. If its something more complicated, he could probably tackle it. Thanks in advance, appreciate any feedback or ideas!

You would be better of buying a 7GCBC. It can be done but requires major modification to the fuselage frame for the installation for the flap system.
